This article explores the role of motivational management as a foundation for successful enterprise activities. The study investigates the main methods of motivation used in contemporary organizations and their impact on employee performance, satisfaction, and overall organizational success. The research employs a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys and case studies, to analyze motivational strategies within enterprises. The results highlight the importance of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in achieving organizational goals and sustaining high productivity. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of motivational management in business practices.
