The article investigates strategies for managing logistics, which is affected by market instability and global risks. The purpose of the study is to identify relevant approaches that can ensure the sustainability of logistics development. The study combines the analysis of existing data with the practical application of strategies in this area. The results of the study suggest the growing importance of finding new strategies for logistics management, due to the profound social, political and economic transformation. The importance of these results is the development of strategies for improving the performance of logistics management, which is especially important in the context of high market risks.
