The beauty industry is evolving from a focus on visual enhancement toward a multidimensional system that supports psychological restoration and identity formation. The aim of this study is to analyze the transformative potential of aesthetic practices in improving individual well-being. Methods include a systematic review of recent interdisciplinary studies and comparative analysis of aesthetic and psycho-emotional outcomes. Results indicate that modern beauty practices—such as skincare programs, makeup, and hairstyling—significantly influence self-esteem, emotional stability, and social integration. Furthermore, the integration of digital technologies and personalized approaches enhances these effects. The findings confirm that the beauty industry functions not only as a commercial sector but also as a socio-cultural and therapeutic mechanism, contributing to holistic personal development and psychological resilience in contemporary society.
