Abstract

This study aims to adapt corporate culture transformation (CCT) models developed for Fortune 500 companies to small business operations, considering their specific characteristics. Using analysis, synthesis, abstraction, induction, and deduction methods, the following CCT models were examined: leader values-based models, integrated communication model, employee engagement models, training and development models, and flexible organizational process models. The study identified the impact of internal (leadership, organizational structure) and external (competitive environment, technological changes) factors on CCT model adaptation. Recommendations were formulated for implementing adapted CCT models, emphasizing micro-leadership development, employee involvement in decision-making processes, and fostering innovative culture to enhance organizational adaptability.
