Abstract

The paper examines the integration of geospatial technologies, artificial intelligence systems, and modern management methodologies in the development of intelligent logistics and digital infrastructures. Based on contemporary research, the study analyses the role of PostGIS in geospatial data processing, efficient RESTful API design, AI-driven application architectures, secure data encryption mechanisms, and risk-management strategies for legacy IT systems. The interdisciplinary review highlights the importance of integrating technological, managerial, and legal frameworks — particularly in interpreting implied-in-fact contracts — to ensure robust digital ecosystems. The results demonstrate how intelligent systems can enhance operational efficiency, data security, decision-making, and organisational adaptability in complex logistics and infrastructure environments.
