Cultural Codes of Human Experience: From Myth and Ethnicity to Artificial Intelligence

Abstract

The study examines how cultural codes — encompassing archetypal myths, ethnic symbolism, and AI-driven creative practices — shape human experience and self-perception. Using an interdisciplinary approach (qualitative synthesis, comparative analysis, and semiotic interpretation), the research integrates traditional art, literature, folklore, and digital creativity. Findings reveal the continuity between symbolic artistic expression, national identity, and new AI aesthetics. The Ukrainian cultural paradigm — from the Cossack ethos to Stus’s epistolary worldview — illustrates how collective memory and aesthetic cognition evolve within digital environments. Artistic forms, such as decorative and bas-relief painting, are being reinterpreted as neurofitness tools for emotional rehabilitation, while AI in visual media is redefining the ethics of cultural production. The results emphasise that culture remains an adaptive cognitive ecosystem connecting myth, emotion, and technology.
