Abstract

This paper explores the potential of English as a medium for implementing ecological projects among bachelor students. The study aims to identify the objectives and benefits of integrating environmental topics into English language learning. It applies project-based learning methods, encouraging students to design and implement ecological initiatives while enhancing their linguistic and communicative skills. The results show that students acquire not only language competence but also critical awareness of environmental challenges. The findings confirm that English, combined with ecological project work, fosters interdisciplinary knowledge and sustainable values, thereby strengthening professional training and civic responsibility in higher education. Moreover, the study demonstrates that ecological projects promote teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills. These outcomes highlight the importance of integrating language education with sustainable development practices in contemporary academia.
