Current Problems of Regulation of Financial Mechanisms in Azerbaijan Technoparks

The article examines the current challenges of regulating financial mechanisms in Azerbaijani technoparks. The problems of forming and developing technoparks are explained. The strategic role of financial mechanisms in strengthening the activities of technoparks is substantiated. The problems of attracting financial resources in the transfer of technologies and expanding production infrastructure are analysed. The issues of adapting the financial mechanisms of economic entities to the requirements of the modern era are considered. The processes of creating and developing technoparks in Azerbaijan are analysed. The role of state support mechanisms in the activities of technoparks is given. The problems of facilitating access to financial resources for residents registered in technoparks are brought to attention. The importance of applying various financial mechanisms and tools is stated. The decisive role of financial mechanisms in implementing innovation and investment projects by technopark residents is substantiated. Recommendations are being developed and proposals are being made to strengthen the financial mechanisms of technoparks in Azerbaijan in the near future.
