Abstract

This study examined DevOps as a tool for enhancing flexibility in IT project management by analyzing its strategic and operational impacts. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining a systematic literature review with case studies of IT teams implementing DevOps practices. The results showed that DevOps adoption strengthened collaboration, accelerated release cycles, and improved responsiveness to evolving project requirements. These findings emphasize the practical value of integrating DevOps principles into both planning and operational processes, providing actionable insights for organizations striving for agile and adaptive IT management.
