This article reports the findings of a digital language analysis of the recording of conversations between caregivers and children under five years of age. The sociolinguistic aspect of language transfer reveals how the language of requests shapes the normative image - what is allowed or not - and that this is supported by the emotional background of requests, which shapes the normative image of the child's world via language. In this study, the author uses the TalkBank recordings repository and the digital tool for the analysis of emotional overtones available from the CLARIN-PL Scientific Infrastructure.
