This theoretical paper examines the importance of bottom-up collaboration in corporate organizational development. Drawing on recent literature, it highlights how engaging employees in decision-making and innovation processes leads to improved adaptability, innovation, and successful organizational change. The findings underscore that when employees are empowered to share ideas and voice concerns, organizations benefit from increased knowledge sharing, reduced resistance to change, and a stronger culture of continuous improvement. However, effective bottom-up collaboration requires supportive leadership and structured resources. Overall, this study provides evidence-based insights into how collaborative, employee-driven approaches can serve as crucial drivers of sustainable organizational development.
