This study examines the state and prospects of anti-corruption efforts under martial law in Ukraine. The research aims to assess current institutional measures, challenges, and risks in combating corruption during wartime. A qualitative content analysis of legal frameworks, government reports, and expert opinions was conducted. Findings indicate a dual impact: while wartime constraints hinder transparency, they also drive the need for stricter controls. The study underscores the importance of strengthening institutional resilience and civic oversight. Results are relevant for policy-makers, civil society, and international partners aiming to support Ukraine’s integrity during and after the war.
