The paper analyzes gender equality in public administration. The study analyzes the legal framework and international standards that define non-discrimination based on gender, reveals the disproportion in the representation of women in leadership positions, and the impact of cultural and social stereotypes on women's access to managerial positions. The study results indicate the need to introduce reforms and improve the effectiveness of public policy to promote gender equality. Specific measures to improve the situation are proposed, including gender quotas, legislative initiatives, and social campaigns.
