Abstract

The study examines the securities market development in European Union countries, focusing on regulatory frameworks, market integration, and investment dynamics. The research employs a comparative analysis of legislative policies and economic indicators to assess market growth and stability. Findings indicate that regulatory harmonization has increased market efficiency and cross-border investments. However, challenges such as economic disparities and regulatory compliance persist. The results highlight the importance of policy adjustments to enhance market resilience and investor confidence.
