Abstract

The study aims to explore institutional mechanisms for implementing public health policy in Ukraine. A qualitative methodology was used, including analysis of legislative documents, strategic programs, and expert interviews. The research revealed fragmentation in institutional coordination, lack of clear responsibilities, and insufficient intersectoral cooperation. Strengthening governance structures and interagency collaboration is crucial for effective policy realization. The findings contribute to the development of more coherent and sustainable public health governance models.
