Analytical Support for Estimating Enterprise Costs for Making Management Decisions

The study aims to develop an analytical framework for evaluating enterprise costs to support effective managerial decision-making. The research employs comparative, structural, and economic analysis methods to identify cost components and assess their impact on business performance. The findings reveal that detailed cost analytics significantly enhance the accuracy of managerial decisions and resource allocation. The results highlight the importance of integrating analytical tools into enterprise cost assessment systems to improve operational efficiency and strategic planning. The study also emphasizes the role of timely and relevant cost data in minimizing financial risks. Practical recommendations are provided for implementing analytical cost evaluation in various types of enterprises. These findings can be used to refine internal management systems and improve competitiveness.
