Abstract

This research explores how artificial intelligence (AI) integration reshapes strategic planning and execution in innovative IT projects. Drawing on recent studies, we demonstrate how AI enhances resource forecasting, security, software testing, and front-end performance. The research identifies significant efficiency gains in web development, deployment, and user experience optimization. Through visualized metrics, we present key improvements in data security, development speed, and prediction accuracy. The findings offer a roadmap for decision-makers to align AI capabilities with project management practices for competitive advantage.
