The research explores the synergy between AI-driven forecasting and DevOps tools in strategic IT project management. It highlights the role of machine learning in predicting resource demands and optimizing deployment pipelines. Emphasis is placed on React, Jenkins, and MongoDB integration, as well as secure data handling via confidential computing. The study uses comparative data to evaluate the effectiveness of integrated approaches in enhancing quality, cost-efficiency, and security. Visuals and tables support key findings. This work contributes to understanding how intelligent systems reshape modern IT strategies.
