Abstract

The paper explores models and tools for intelligent resource forecasting in the context of strategic IT project management. Emphasis is placed on artificial intelligence, blockchain-enhanced front-end security, distributed data storage systems, and advanced CI/CD workflows. The study demonstrates how these technologies improve accuracy in planning, decision-making efficiency, and data protection. Based on a comparative analysis, the most effective instruments for long-term project support are identified. The findings are illustrated using a synthesized scoring model. The conclusions are applicable to digital infrastructure strategies in both public and corporate sectors.
