The study investigates the impact of digital transformation on the efficiency of managerial processes in future-oriented enterprises. The research aims to identify how digital tools reshape decision-making, communication, and strategic planning. A mixed-methods approach, including case studies and expert interviews, was used. The findings show that digitalization significantly enhances adaptability, data-driven decisions, and operational transparency. These results highlight the importance of investing in digital infrastructure and skills development to ensure organizational competitiveness in the evolving business environment.
