Study on the Teaching Competency Framework for Natural Science Teachers in Secondary Schools in Hanoi in the Context of Current Educational Reform

This study proposes a professional competency framework for Natural Science teachers in Hanoi secondary schools amid Vietnam's current educational reform. Drawing on global frameworks and national policy, the study outlines three major competency groups, sixteen component competencies, and specific performance indicators at four development levels. The proposed framework serves as a reference for recruitment, training, evaluation, and professional development of Natural Science teachers.
