Abstract

The study examines certain aspects of the functioning of the Register of Damages caused by the aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine. The research aims to analyze the legal framework, operational mechanisms, and challenges of the register. The study employs a comparative legal analysis and document review method. The findings highlight key obstacles in the compensation process and suggest improvements for its effectiveness. The results are significant for policymakers and international organizations involved in post-war recovery and justice mechanisms.
