Abstract

Business Process Management (BPM) is a methodology that focuses on the analysis, design, automation and continuous improvement of business processes. The goal of BPM is to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance quality by optimizing workflows. By applying modern tools and techniques, such as digitalisation and artificial intelligence, organisations achieve greater agility and competitiveness. In this paper we used VOSviewer software using data retrieved from the Scopus indexing service. The keywords used were "marketing", "nutritional supplements" in order to find them in the publication titles. A total of 2,820 papers were analysed and six different groups emerged.
