This study explores the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain technology to enhance emergency and crisis management. The research aims to improve real-time data collection, secure information exchange, and decision-making efficiency. A systematic analysis was conducted, examining case studies and existing frameworks. The findings indicate that IoT enables rapid data transmission, while blockchain ensures data integrity and security. The proposed approach enhances response coordination and resource allocation. These results highlight the potential of IoT and blockchain to revolutionize crisis management, offering a more reliable and transparent system for emergency response.
