Anti-corruption Strategies in Civil Service Personnel Management as a Tool for Effective Governance

This study explores anti-corruption strategies in civil service personnel management as a means of enhancing governance effectiveness. The research employs a qualitative approach, analyzing policy frameworks, best practices, and case studies from various countries. The findings indicate that transparent recruitment, performance-based evaluation, and digitalization significantly reduce corruption risks. The study highlights the importance of ethical training and institutional accountability in fostering a corruption-resistant civil service. These results emphasize the need for comprehensive reforms to strengthen governance and public trust.
