Strategic Management in the Context of Sustainable Development of the Energy Sector of Ukraine

This study focuses on strategic management in the context of sustainable development within Ukraine’s energy sector. The research aims to assess the current state and challenges of sustainable energy practices and develop strategies for improving energy efficiency and environmental impact. Using qualitative methods, including case studies and expert interviews, the study identifies key factors influencing sustainability in the energy sector. The findings reveal the need for comprehensive policy reforms, investment in renewable energy, and greater corporate responsibility. These results offer valuable insights for policymakers and energy companies in achieving long-term sustainability goals.
