Simulation-based education is a key component of modern medical training, enhancing clinical competence, decision-making, and patient safety. By integrating theory with hands-on practice, simulations allow students to refine procedural skills, receive immediate feedback, and reduce errors before real patient interactions. Advances in virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and artificial intelligence (AI) further personalize training and create immersive learning experiences. Despite financial and logistical challenges, research confirms its effectiveness in improving skill acquisition and reducing anxiety. This study evaluates the role of simulation in medical education, supporting its expansion as a fundamental tool for preparing competent healthcare professionals.References
