Abstract

The Indonesian health system has undergone significant reforms, particularly establishing institutions such as the Indonesian Health Council, the Collegium, and the Disciplinary Council Professions. These bodies aim to raise professional standards, protect patients' rights, and improve quality service health. This paper discusses the roles and responsibilities of these institutions, as defined by law, such as Law No. 36/2014 and PP No. 28/2024, highlighting their contribution to governance and discipline of professional health. The findings proved that forming these bodies is important in ensuring professionalism, power, and health and providing certainty in-laws for practitioners and society.
