Management Psychology as the Basis for Forming a Successful Management Strategy

This study aims to analyze the implementation of public education policy within the sustainable management framework. The research utilizes a qualitative approach, including policy analysis and case study reviews. Findings indicate that while educational policies are increasingly aligned with sustainability goals, challenges such as inadequate resource allocation and lack of inter-sectoral collaboration hinder effective implementation. The results emphasize the need for strategic approaches and better coordination to integrate sustainable development into education systems.
